As you can read in my post from a couple of years ago, I “used to be more Christian” and I used to try to write about God A LOT. It never came out as beautiful as these, as timeless. It was always muddied with the words of pastors I didn’t know didn’t know any better than me.

She is Poet Laureate for a reason.
